Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate for Astatic Solutions, you agree to the following set of terms and conditions:

Astatic Solutions abides by a very strict privacy policy. Your information is kept strictly confidential within the organization and will not, under any circumstances, be sold or shared with any body outside of the organization.

As an affiliate, you understand that "affiliate" means a referring party and does not act in any capacity as a partner, employee or any other influencing body to Astatic Solutions. The affiliate and Astatic Solutions do not have any business relationship apart from the affiliate referral process. The affiliate will also understand that any material published or expressed by Astatic Solutions, either on the Astatic-Solutions.com website or otherwise, is copyrighted and may not be duplicated or reproduced without consent from Astatic Solutions.

Currency as to paid commissions is set in Canadian Dollars. This is non-negotiable. Payment will be made, according to the amount publicized on the affiliate signup form page, in the form of a cheque, mailed to the address provided through the affiliate signup form. It is the payee's responsibility to inform and ensure Astatic Solutions is aware of any possible changes in contact information. An administration fee of up to $30 is applicable to any circumstance where a cheque is needed to be re-issued and/or the initial commission cheque needs to have a stop-payment applied. The administration fee is deducted from the payment of the re-issued cheque.

It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure Astatic Solutions has been made aware of any sales resulting from a referral by that affiliate. Astatic Solutions must be made aware of a referred sale by the affiliate or the purchaser of the service no later than 30 days after the initial date of said sale.

Payment is made to the affiliate only for non-refunded sales. If any or all of a sale is refunded, payment is not made to the affiliate.

Payment is made to the affiliate only when full monies have been collected by the purchasing party. For one-time payments, affiliate cheques are typically mailed approximately 30 days after full payment has been received. In the case of payment-plan purchases, the affiliate must wait until the package has been purchased in entirety. Once all monies are collected over the said time frame allotted through the Astatic Solutions payment plans, the affiliate will be mailed their due affiliate cheque. This typically occurs approximately 30 days after the last payment has been collected.
