Astatic Solutions offers the following refund policy for purchases:
A full refund can be accomodated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds for packages requested more than 7 days after the original purchase date will be accomodated according to unfinished elements within each package. For example, if a purchased package has had 75% of it's specified tasks completed by us for the purchaser, a 25% refund of the purchased price can be accomodated. In other words, refunds are not applicable towards elements of a package that are already complete. Most elements of each package are typically completed within 2-4 weeks of the original purchase date.
